IWD | International Writers' Domain is an independent publisher, literary agent and talent platform founded 2023, in Germany. The enterprise is privately funded and has a clearly defined mission and vision – to represent authors, keep books in print, and open bookstores. Our focus on how to be a published author with IWD Publishing, allows us to bring a fresh perspective to the forefront of the publishing industry. By working with like-minded individuals, we aim to make a lasting impact on the literary world. With a global outlook, IWD specialises in launching and marketing debut writers and overlooked self-published authors. To accelerate our author careers, we are opening a unique style of bookstores in the UK and USA.
The bookstores will host traditional publications along with an array of quality self-published titles. On stage (a feature within our stores) book influencers will promote self-published and new author titles to bookstore shoppers as videographers stream live across social media platforms, promoting and extending an author's reach.

Foreign Rights & Licensing
To expand the reach of author works, the Rights Department's primary aim is to increase exposure of books in foreign markets. This brings new lines of revenue to authors while ensuring intellectual property is protected and managed effectively.
In addition, due to high demand for visual entertainment, the Rights and Licensing Department also focuses on selling book-to-screen adaptations, be it film or TV, so that author stories can reach audiences in even more exciting ways.
